School of Foreign Languages is one of the earliest departments. It comprises three majors---applied English, applied Japanese and applied Korean. The school is well equipped and has five modern multi-media language laboratories. We have constructed a team of professional and part-time teachers, more than 40% of which are the teachers with senior professional title. In recent years, we have invited more than 10 foreign cultural and educational experts to undertake listening and speaking teaching jobs. To strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, we bring along talents who has acquired the master’s degree at home and abroad from some elite colleges such as Shandong University, Shandong Normal University, Shanghai International Studies University, Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. We also employ teachers with bi-expertise who have work experience in the foreign-funded enterprises.

In addition, we also undertake the Public English teaching tasks .The full-time political counselors are in charge of the students’ day-to-day management. They offer meticulous care and support so that the students can lead successful careers and lives.
