一、入座与咨询
进入中餐厅后，服务员通常会主动接待，可能会说：
Good [morning/afternoon/evening], do you have a reservation? How many people are in your party?
[早上/下午/晚上]好，请问您有预订吗？您一行有多少人？
你可以根据实际情况回应：
No reservation. We need a table for [2/3/4].
没有预订，我们需要一张[2/3/4]人桌。
Yes, I made a reservation under the name of [your name].有预订，我用[你的名字]订过位置。
如果需要特殊座位，可补充说明：
Could we get a table by the window, please?
请问能给我们安排一张靠窗的桌子吗？
Is there a non-smoking table available?
有无烟区的桌子吗？
二、点餐沟通
就座后，服务员会递上菜单并询问：
Are you ready to order now, or do you need a few more minutes?您现在准备好点餐了吗，还是需要再等几分钟？
1.询问菜品信息
若对菜品不了解，可主动提问：

2.表达点餐需求
明确需求后，清晰告知服务员：
I'd like to order a plate of Fried Rice with Egg, a bowl of Hot and Sour Soup, and a serving of Braised Pork Ribs.”
我想点一盘蛋炒饭、一碗酸辣汤和一份红烧排骨。
For the main course, we'll have two portions of Beijing Roast Duck, please.
主菜我们要两份北京烤鸭。
Can we have the vegetables cooked with less oil?
蔬菜能少放点油炒吗？
I'd like my noodles to be served separately from the sauce.我的面条和酱料能分开上吗？
