2019-2020学年第一学期期中教学检查方案
 
为检查教师教学情况、提高教学质量,制订本检查方案。
一、时间安排
本学期期中教学检查安排在114-12日进行。
二、检查内容及检查方式
(一)师德教风教学秩序(张明哲  孟元东  徐祥莹)
检查内容:
1. 检查所有任课教师从事教学的态度,遵守教学纪律的情况;
2. 教师停(调)课补课、代课情况;
3. 准时上、下课;
4.教师课堂管理。
检查方式:
1. 检查学院组织的教学巡视记录单及问题反馈落实记录;
2. 邀请学院教学领导对其学院教学秩序进行现场抽查,现场发现问题、解决问题;
3. 组织学生座谈,询问教师日常教学态度和教学管理情况;
4. 通过查看调停补课记录,落实教师补课情况。
(二)人才培养方案落实情况      (汪娟海  窦凯旋  孙俣琛)
检查内容:
人才培养方案中课程开设情况
检查方式:
随机抽取专业,审查课程开设的合理性、检查课程是否按时开设,审核课程课时量的合理、检查课程是否严格按照人才培养方案中课时教学
 
(三)教学进度、教学资料(张学彬)
检查内容:
1. 教案课件、学生课堂表现记录情况;
2. 教师教师教学进度。
检查方式:
检查人员提前准备教师教学日历,课间走进教室,查看教师实际教学内容、携带教学资料是否与教学日历进度一致,查看教学资料与实际教学内容是否一致。
(四)期末考试各环节工作检查(张明哲  张学彬)
检查内容:
1. 试题库的建设; 
2. 试题的编制及电子版试题、参考答案的保存;
3. 学院试题审查记录;
4. 试题的阅卷、统分情况;

检查方式:
1. 走进学院,查看试卷的建设过程;
2. 进教学档案室查看试卷的阅卷、统分、装订情况。
(五)教学活动记录文件教学档案的建档与管理(张明哲申正)
检查内容:
1. 集体备课等教学研究活动记录;
2. 实训室、机房教学活动记录文件;
3. 2019年度省培、国培人员培训成果;
4. 教学会议记录;
5. 学生个人历年成绩单打印情况;
 
检查方式:
查看记录文件
(六)课堂教学(二级学院组织)
    检查内容:
    教师教学态度、教学方法、教学内容、教学效果
检查方式:
学院领导组织听课小组进课堂听课,时间一节课,课后针对教学内容对学生进行检测,了解学生掌握情况;留好听课记录;被听课人员中必须有一定比例兼课教师或外聘教师。期中教学检查结束后,学院将听课情况简要汇总报教务处申正老师处。
三、不合格情况处理
1. 教务处及时汇总检查中发现的不合格情况,及时反馈,要求限期整改,并再次检查;
2. 对不合格情况进行教学范围内通报;
3. 达到教学事故标准的按照教学事故认定及处理办法进行处理。
